NetMock (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates netmock.com and the FlashGenius app. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email address, phone number), payment confirmation details from our payment gateway partners (we never store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials), and basic usage data (pages visited, courses accessed) used to improve our services.
How we use it
To create and manage your account, deliver purchased courses and memberships, send one-time passwords (OTP) and service emails, process payments through RBI-authorised payment gateways, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with our payment processors (for completing transactions you initiate) and service providers (hosting, email delivery), each bound by confidentiality.
Data retention and your rights
We retain account data while your account is active. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us.
