Digital products and courses
Our products are digital (online courses, PDFs, memberships). Once access to a course or downloadable product has been delivered, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or where a duplicate payment has occurred.
Monthly memberships (including FlashGenius Premium)
Memberships renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops all future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are given.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice for the same order, or money is debited but the order/membership is not activated, contact us with the payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed-payment amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
How to request a refund
Email us with your registered email address and the payment ID. We respond within 48 hours on working days.
