Delivery of digital products
Online courses and memberships are activated on your NetMock/FlashGenius account immediately after successful payment, and in all cases within 24 hours. PDF products are delivered as a download link on the order page and by email to your registered email address.
If you do not receive access
First check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If access has not been activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it on priority.
