Introduction to UPSC Exam

The UPSC exam, also known as the Civil Services Examination, is one of the toughest and most prestigious exams in India. It is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to select candidates for various administrative positions in the government. With a vast syllabus and intense competition, cracking the UPSC exam requires a systematic and well-planned approach.

1. Understand the Exam Pattern

The first step towards UPSC exam preparation is understanding the exam pattern. The exam consists of three stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interview. The Prelims consist of two objective-type papers, while the Mains consists of nine descriptive papers. The Interview is the final stage where your personality and suitability for the administrative services are assessed.
